Terms & Conditions

  1. Payments must be received prior or on the day of the event.
  2. If a deposit has not been received, MagicLand Australia reserves the rights to cancel the event at any time.
  3. Once a deposit is received, the event date cannot be changed unless agreed by Magic Land Australia.
  4. If more than 25 children are participating in activities, another entertainer will be required, or supervision for another adult(s).
  5. A five minute break must be given to the entertainer after each 2 hours of work.
  6. All quotes are valid 30 days from the date of issue.
  7. The client will be charged at a rate of $120.00 per hour if an entertainer is asked to stay longer than the agreed time period. The entertainer has the right to refuse on staying for extra time.
  8. All entertainers are properly trained and experienced professionals. Suggestions can be made from the clients however the entertainers can not be forced by a client to do a certain activity. A general program/activity guide can be provided prior to the start of event.
